Run-time errors
Most run-time errors are the direct result of hardware or operating system problems. Check for
interrupt hardware conflicts related to serial (COM) ports. If you do not know how to do this, hire
a PC troubleshooter who can find the problem. Check with Microsoft Support Services for
Service Packs that are available for your version of the Windows operating system
Time-out, CRC or packet communications error with Sensorsoft Device.
See Frequently Asked Questions above.
Time-out, modem did not respond with OK
The modem is turned OFF or not connected to the COM port. Verify that your modem is
connected properly to your computer and turned on, and that the correct modem COM port is
selected on the pager alerts tab. Send a test page once you have checked the settings to make sure
the connection works.
